Summary of Coverage

Intrusion offers two major categories of maintenance programs:

  • Software Maintenance Programs – covers Intrusion software products only.
  • Hardware Maintenance Programs – covers Intrusion hardware products only.

All maintnenance programs include access to Intrusion's online support center, ServiceWeb.  ServiceWeb provides Intrusion technical news releases, product documentation, a product knowledge base, and software downloads. Access to ServiceWeb's software downloads, as well as other member sections, is reserved for customers who have Maintenance programs with Intrusion. Registration is required.

All Intrusion products, purchased new, include a 30 day maintenance agreement, which should be extended under a supplementary maintenance contract.
